Students who will come to Ege University through Erasmus Program must pay in advance the room fee for a month. Accommodation fees for the following months must be paid until the 20th day of each month. Students must write down their names and the month they paid for on their payment receipt. They can pay to the bank account of the branch of Vakıflar Bank in Ege University campus (the bank recipient name should be stated as Ege Universitesi Öğrenci Köyü).
Information on bank account and room fees are given below.
1. Applications for single rooms are not accepted.
2. In order to make a reservation, a monthly fee and deposit fee must be deposited into the relevant bank account. Since there will be foreign exchange difference and a bank deduction in the payment, the transaction should be made by taking into account the exact amount deposited to the dormitory account.
3. The students who will study in the fall semester are expected to submit their payment receipt (room fee and deposit receipts)s to their Erasmus coordinators by August 15 and those coming for the spring semester by December 31. No space can be reserved for students who have not submitted their receipts.
